The dream-team of Frank Fineo, Leslie Norton Fineo and Jim Matuszewski brings to the table almost a century of combined experience in their relative fields, plus a unique synergy which allows them to work together beautifully, executing exceptional properties, and inspiring each other to take their work to the next level.
Mr. Fineo brought decades of experience as real estate attorney and broker to his more recent work as a developer. His knowledge of the market, real estate law, zoning, and local building codes make him uniquely qualified to direct development projects with confidence and ease—while his wife, Leslie Fineo is a creative powerhouse with an extensive background in dance, fashion and interior design. Jim Matuszewski brings along more than 25 years of luxury building experience, maintaining both the creative eye to work through design challenges with Leslie, and the methodical, meticulous approach needed to problem solve with Frank. The FDG team is nothing short of a finely honed machine, turning out some of the most spectacular homes in the Hamptons.

Frank has purchased, developed and sold numerous residential properties in the hottest locations in the Hamptons. Frank specializes in new construction, land and investment properties, both residential and commercial. Frank’s knowledge of real estate law, zoning, local building codes and construction make him uniquely qualified to evaluate real estate investment opportunities and development potential. Having lived in the Southampton Village/Water Mill Bridgehampton areas for the last 25 years and because of his relationship with the Real Estate brokerage community,
Frank is very familiar with the inventory of existing homes and vacant land on the market. Frank also specializes in commercial real estate and has successfully leased and sold retail, medical, office and restaurant real estate throughout Long Island.
Frank has also created a real estate investment fund to develop luxury homes in the Hamptons. Frank’s most recent investment projects are located at 99 Pointe Mecox Lane, Bridgehampton, 24 Crescent Lane, Sag Harbor, and 284 Sprig Tree Path in Sag Harbor.
Frank earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at Siena College and his Juris Doctorate at Pace University School of Law. Frank is also a former prosecutor, former Village Magistrate in Freeport and Westhamptoneach and currently acts as Counsel for the Retreat, a not for profit organization in East Hampton that offers safety, shelter and support for victims of domestic violence.
Frank currently lives in Bridgehampton with his wife, Leslie.
